Graduated from Oglethorpe University in 1972 with a double major of Business Administration and Compute Science with 3.8 GPA. As a student I also taught at the University with approval of Business Dept. Chairman's approval teaching computerized Accounting. Graduated from Control Data Institute in 1978 with a Programming and Systems degree with a 4.0 GPA. Attended Gulf Coast State College in 2010 and 2013 for advanced applications of C++ and Java respectively, Currently, learning computer applications of PhP on line.
Experience
My tutoring has been with WyzAnt and more on my own. I have trained high school students, college students, private and corporate businesses, and military personnel. The success that my training techniques are made simple enough for everyone to understand the subject matter that is relaxed, fun, and yet challenging with the students being overwhelmed. My professional background has been with military consultants and having my own company for over 10 years in computers and a technical writer for U. S. Navy Voluntary teaching for non-profit organizations for the past 7 years.
